技术哲学视域下的中国古代骨折小夹板固定术

【摘要】：在中医学体系中,骨伤科是展示医疗技术水平最为明显的学科,在骨伤科所涉及的诸多疾病中,骨折的治疗又是其中的典范。骨折是骨伤科常见的疾病,回顾梳理历代中医学文献可以发现,骨折的治疗主要围绕固定术开展。中国中医骨伤科小夹板固定方法以及材料的变换,体现了明显的技术变迁特征。故从技术哲学的角度,以小夹板固定术为例,分析骨伤治疗小夹板固定技术变迁的原因,客观地还原中医骨折治疗技术形成的现场及其产生原因,昭示中医在骨折治疗方法论上的意义与科学价值。
[Abstract]:In the traditional Chinese medicine system, orthopedics is the most obvious subject to demonstrate the level of medical technology. Among the diseases involved in orthopedics, fracture treatment is the model. Fracture is a common disease in orthopedic department. Chinese orthopedics and orthopedics small splint fixation method and material change, reflect the obvious characteristics of technological change. Therefore, from the point of view of technical philosophy, taking small splint fixation as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the change of splint fixation technology in the treatment of bone injury, and objectively restores the site and the causes of the formation of traditional Chinese medicine fracture treatment technology. It shows the significance and scientific value of TCM in fracture treatment methodology.
