李坤寅治疗崩漏经验撷菁

【摘要】：崩漏是妇科的常见疑难重病,是肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴失调所致月经周期、经期、经量的严重紊乱。李坤寅教授认为肾虚血瘀为其根本病机,离经之血即为瘀,阴随血耗则生热,虚、热、瘀三者恶性循环,治疗上善清补并施,肝脾并重,运用周期疗法,秉"塞流""澄源""复旧"三法之旨,配合身心、药食同调,使药中肯綮,如鼓应桴。
[Abstract]:Insipidus is a common and serious gynecological disease. It is a serious disorder of menstrual cycle caused by the maladjustment of reproductive axis of kidney-tiangui-Chong-Ren-uterus. Professor Li Kun-yin believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis are its underlying pathogenesis, that blood from the Meridian is blood stasis, and that Yin follows the blood consumption to generate heat, deficiency, heat, and blood stasis in a vicious circle.
