血府逐瘀汤治疗对老年心肌梗死患者血清SOD、MDA、NO水平的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗对老年心肌梗死患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法老年心肌梗死患者100例,依据随机数表法分为汤药组和常规组,每组50例,常规组给予常规吸氧、抗凝抗血小板、调脂、降压等基础治疗和150万U尿激酶溶栓治疗,汤药组在此基础上给予血府逐瘀汤治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清SOD、MDA、NO水平,随访1年,分析所有患者治疗有效、出血、治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)和血清SOD、MDA、NO水平及治疗后3、6、9、12个月的不良心血管事件发生情况。结果汤药组治疗后LVEF水平、治疗有效率明显高于常规组(P0.05),但二者出血率基本相同,无统计学差异(P0.05);汤药组治疗后血清SOD、NO水平明显高于常规组,MDA水平明显低于常规组(P0.05);汤药组治疗后3、6、9、12个月的不良心血管事件发生率明显低于常规组(P0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗可有效提高老年心肌梗死患者的治疗疗效和心功能,有效改善患者的氧化应激状态,且无增加患者出血风险,有利于减少不良心血管事件的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction (XZD) on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),) malondialdehyde (MDA),) nitric oxide (MDA),) (NO) levels in elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 100 elderly patients with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups (50 cases in each group). The patients in the routine group were treated with routine oxygen inhalation, anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy, lipid regulation, hypotension and 1.5 million U urokinase thrombolytic therapy. On this basis, the decoction group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, and the serum SOD,MDA,NO level was detected by Elisa (ELISA), followed up for 1 year. The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and serum SOD,MDA,NO before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events at 9 and 12 months after treatment. Results the level of LVEF and the effective rate after treatment in the decoction group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P0.05), but the bleeding rate was basically the same between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the serum SOD,NO level in the decoction group was significantly higher than that in the routine group, and the level of MDA was significantly lower than that in the routine group (P0.05), and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the decoction group was significantly lower than that in the routine group (P0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can effectively improve the curative effect and cardiac function of the elderly patients with myocardial infarction, improve the oxidative stress state of the patients, and not increase the bleeding risk of the patients, which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
