芪竭颗粒对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者血清SOD、MDA及血清炎症因子水平影响

【摘要】：目的:探究芪竭颗粒对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者血清SOD、MDA及血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选择72例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分成2组,每组36例。对照组予头孢西丁静点以及口服强力霉素等抗生素治疗,治疗组给予芪竭颗粒治疗,连续服药2周,检测治疗前后血清SOD、MDA、炎症因子水平以及血液血流变,疗效以及安全性。结果:与治疗前比较,2组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8水平降低(P0.05),MDA、症状积分降低(P0.05),TGF-β1、SOD水平升高(P0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8水平较低(P0.05),MDA、症状积分较低(P0.05),TGF-β1、SOD水平较高(P0.05),全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积以及红细胞聚集指数指标较低(P0.05),临床疗效较高(P0.01),安全性较好。结论:芪竭颗粒对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症有较好临床疗效,明显改善症状以及炎性因子水平,促进盆腔血液循环,且能降低MDA水平,升高SOD水平,安全性较好。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of Qizhao granule on serum SOD,MDA and inflammatory factor levels in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae. Methods: 72 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics such as cefoxitin and oral doxycycline, while the treatment group was treated with Qilu granule for 2 weeks. The levels of serum SOD,MDA, inflammatory factors and hemorheology were measured before and after treatment. Efficacy and safety. Results: compared with before treatment, the serum TNF- 伪, IL-1 尾 and IL-8 levels in the two groups were decreased (P0.05) and the TGF- 尾 1sod levels were increased (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum levels of TNF- 伪, IL-1 尾 and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower (P0.05), the), MDA, symptom score was lower (P0.05), the level of TGF- 尾 _ 1sod was higher (P0.05), the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, The index of hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index was lower (P0.05), the clinical efficacy was higher (P0.01), and the safety was better. Conclusion: Qizhao granule has good clinical effect on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. It can obviously improve symptoms and inflammatory factors, promote blood circulation of pelvic cavity, decrease MDA level and increase SOD level, and the safety is good.
