诊病-辨证-识症三位一体诊疗模式的构建与意义

【摘要】：病、证、症是中医理论体系中层次有别的对人体疾病的反映,对于病证的诊断均不可或缺。应综合病、证、症(包含现代医学检查)三位于一体的诊断思维模式,逐渐发挥出中医学在疾病诊治方面的优势。自内涵至外延,厘清病、证、症的概念,强调以病证结合思想为基础,以辨证为核心,客观看待"症"、全面"识症",构建诊病-辨证-识症三位一体的诊疗模式,并论证其在临床实际中发挥的作用及意义。
[Abstract]:Diseases, syndromes and syndromes are the reflection of human diseases at different levels in the theoretical system of TCM, and are indispensable for the diagnosis of diseases and syndromes. We should integrate the diagnosis mode of disease, syndrome and syndrome (including modern medical examination), and gradually give play to the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. From intension to extension, to clarify the concept of disease, syndrome and syndrome, emphasize the combination of disease and syndrome as the foundation, regard syndrome differentiation as the core, objectively treat "syndrome", comprehensively "recognize disease", and construct the diagnosis and treatment mode of diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and syndrome recognition as a trinity. And demonstrate its function and significance in clinical practice.
