至阳穴的古代文献研究

【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在通过对至阳穴相关历史文献的研究,总结其穴位运用特点及规律,为至阳穴的现代临床应用提供文献依据。方法:研究以63部中医古籍为蓝本,通过计算机以及人工检索,共搜集历代至阳穴相关条文176条。从至阳穴的穴位名称、定位、经脉归属、针灸适宜病症、刺灸法以及年代六个方面进行分析总结。结果:至阳穴有“至阳”和“肺底”两个穴名,为督脉经穴,均以“七椎”作为固定标志定位。其单穴针灸适宜病症涉及中医内科学和中医耳鼻咽喉科学两个学科,共计21种病症。至阳穴配伍治疗病症皆集中于中医内科学,共4种病症,总结了与至阳穴配伍应用的腧穴归经及五输穴分类。此外,本研究还对至阳穴的刺法、灸法以及相关古籍成书年代等方面进行了探究和分析。结论:至阳穴相关古籍成书年代分布差距大,时间跨度长,关于至阳穴穴名、定位以及归经的观点统一。至阳穴可针,可灸。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study is to summarize the characteristics and rules of acupoint application through the study of the historical literature of Zhiyang point, and to provide the literature basis for the modern clinical application of Zhiyang acupoint. Methods: based on 63 ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, 176 articles were collected by computer and artificial retrieval. This paper analyzes and summarizes the acupoints name, location, meridian attribution, suitable disease of acupuncture and moxibustion, acupuncture and moxibustion method and age of Zhiyang point. Results: the acupoints of Zhiyang were named "Zhiyang" and "lung bottom", which were the acupoints of du meridian and were fixed by "seven vertebrae". Its single point acupuncture and moxibustion suitable disease involves two subjects of TCM internal medicine and traditional Chinese otorhinolaryngology, a total of 21 kinds of diseases. The syndromes of Zhiyang and Zhiyang were all concentrated in traditional Chinese medicine and there were 4 kinds of diseases. The classification of acupoints combined with Zhiyang and the classification of Wuyu points were summarized. In addition, this study also explored and analyzed the acupuncture of Zhiyang, moxibustion and the relevant ancient books. Conclusion: the distribution gap of the ancient books about Zhiyang acupoint is large and the time span is long. The views on the name, location and return to the Meridian of Zhiyang acupoint are unified. The point to the yang can be needled and moxibustion.
