“地之湿气,感则害皮肉筋脉”之探讨

【摘要】：《素问·阴阳应象大论》云:"地之湿气,感则害皮肉筋脉。"外湿从足下上行侵袭人体,其中脾为中土,喜燥恶湿,脾为外湿所困则失于运化,内湿泛溢,土为金之母,脾虚及肺,肺主气属卫,卫气去,皮肤不收;脾主血属营,营血涩,四肢痿废不用,筋肉缓纵不收。故脾为水湿转运之枢机,避外湿的同时健脾燥脾则皮肉筋脉之病俱去。古今医家在治疗此类疾病时依据这一理论,从脾土出发基于培土制水进行辨证论治取得良好疗效,分析其治则治法及方药配伍的特点,为后世治疗外湿引起的相关疾病提供经验。

According to this theory, doctors of ancient and modern times obtained good curative effect from spleen soil on the basis of culture soil and making water with soil, and analyzed the characteristics of the principle of treatment and the compatibility of prescription and medicine. To provide experience for future generations in the treatment of related diseases caused by external dampness.
