双向调节法治疗肺癌

【摘要】：介绍双向调节法治疗原发性支气管肺癌(简称肺癌)的经验。认为人体阴阳逆乱是肺癌发病的内在基础,治疗上应遵循"阴阳反他,治在权衡相夺"的原则,即以双向调节法治疗。提出详辨脉以明确邪正关系与预后、病证详参以辨证为主、抗癌必先顾护脾胃等治疗原则,同时以软坚散结法贯穿始终,寒热并用、表里双解、升降并施以调节脏腑机能,平调阴阳。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experience of treatment of primary bronchogenic carcinoma (lung cancer) by two-way regulation. It is believed that the internal foundation of lung cancer is the inverse disorder of yin and yang in human body, and the principle of "yin and yang against others, and treatment on the trade-off" should be followed in treatment, that is, treatment by two-way regulation. It is put forward that the treatment principle of differentiating meridian is to clarify the relationship between evil and right and prognosis, that the disease syndromes are mainly based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, and that the treatment principle of protecting spleen and stomach must be taken into account in anticancer, and at the same time, the method of soft and firm dispersing is used all the time, the combination of cold and heat, and the function of Level the yin and yang.
