银翘消风饮治疗脂溢性皮炎（肺胃热盛）临床观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨银翘消风饮治疗脂溢性皮炎(肺胃热盛证)的临床疗效。方法:选取64例符合纳入标准的脂溢性皮炎患者作为研究对象,病例均来自黑龙江中医药大学第二附属医院国医堂皮肤科门诊和黑龙江省医院(香坊总院)皮肤科门诊,按就诊顺序,随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予银翘消风饮口服,对照组给予甘草锌颗粒口服。以4周为一个疗程,分别于治疗2周和4周后观察并记录两组症状积分,应用SPSS21.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:1.治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组与各自组别治疗前的症状积分比较,均有显著性差异(P0.05);治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组的症状积分比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。2.治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为96.88%,对照组总有效率为71.88%,两组患者疗效比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:1.银翘消风饮是治疗脂溢性皮炎(肺胃热盛证)的有效方剂。2.银翘消风饮治疗脂溢性皮炎(肺胃热盛证)疗效优于甘草锌颗粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Yinqiao Xiaofeng decoction (YJXY) in treating seborrheic dermatitis. Methods: Sixty-four patients with seborrheic dermatitis were selected from the Department of Dermatology of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Dermatology of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital (Xiangfang General Hospital). According to the order of visit, they were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was given Yinqiao Xiaofeng Yin orally, and the control group was given the licorice and zinc granules orally. The symptom scores of the two groups were observed and recorded after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment respectively. SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1. After 2 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference in symptom score between treatment group and control group before treatment (P0.05); after 4 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference in symptom score between treatment group and control group (P0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88 and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.88. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Yinqiao Xiaofeng Yin is an effective prescription for seborrheic dermatitis. The curative effect of Yinqiao Xiaofeng Yin in treating seborrheic dermatitis (lung and stomach heat syndrome) is better than that of licorice and zinc granules.
