夏枯草开音合剂治疗慢喉喑药效学研究

【摘要】：目的建立血瘀痰凝型大鼠慢喉喑模型,研究夏枯草开音合剂对大鼠慢喉喑的治疗效果。方法采用SPF级SD大鼠50只,随机分成空白对照组(A),模型对照组(B),中药低浓度组(C),中药中浓度组(D),中药高浓度组(E),血瘀痰凝型慢喉喑大鼠造模成功后,A、B组使用生理盐水,C-E组分别使用低、中、高浓度夏枯草开音合剂灌胃,灌胃30天后取声带标本观察病理改变,并进行统计分析。结果大鼠声带各项检验指标表明实验造模成功。灌胃30天后,夏枯草开音合剂对声带充血、水肿、炎细胞浸润、组织增生指标的疗效有统计学差异,并且在低中高3种药物浓度范围内,疗效随着药物浓度增高而提高。结论夏枯草开音合剂对血瘀痰凝型大鼠慢喉喑具有显著的治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a rat model of chronic laryngeal aphasia induced by blood stasis and phlegm coagulation and to study the therapeutic effect of Prunella vulgaris Kaiyin mixture on chronic laryngeal aphasia in rats. Methods 50 SD rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into blank control group, (A), model control group, (B), low concentration group, (C), medium concentration group, (D), high concentration group, (E), After successful modeling of rats with slow larynx with blood stasis and phlegm coagulation, normal saline was used in group A and normal saline was used in group C and group C E was treated with low, medium and high concentration of Prunella vulgaris Kaiyin mixture respectively. After 30 days of gastric perfusion, the pathological changes of vocal cords were observed and analyzed statistically. Results the results of vocal cord test showed that the model was successful. After 30 days of gastric perfusion, the curative effect of Prunella vulgaris Kaiyin mixture on vocal cord hyperemia, edema, inflammatory cell infiltration and tissue proliferation was significantly different, and in the range of low, medium and high drug concentration, the curative effect increased with the increase of drug concentration. Conclusion Prunella vulgaris Kaiyin mixture has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic laryngeal aphasia of rats with blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.
