论中医内科疾病五脏分类的临床指导意义

【摘要】：中医内科疾病较为典型的中药方剂主要是古代经方,而大量的药物归经都在五脏范围内,把药物归经和脏腑定位联合起来,确诊疾病的脏腑位置,在治疗该疾病的药物基础之上,在脏腑归经的范围之内加以选择,从而提高药物治疗的靶向性。导致气血津液的主要因素就是脏腑功能出现紊乱,属于五脏分类,有助于对疾病进行定位归经用药。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions that are more typical of internal medicine diseases are mainly ancient meridian prescriptions, and a large number of drugs are returned to the Meridian within the scope of the five Zang organs. The combination of the medicine returning to the meridian and the zang-fu organs is combined to confirm the position of the viscera of the disease. On the basis of the medicine to treat the disease, it is selected within the range of zang-fu organs returning to the meridian, so as to improve the targeting of drug therapy. The main factor leading to qi, blood and body fluid is the disorder of viscera function, which belongs to the classification of five viscera.
