养阴清热汤治疗原发性肾小球肾炎血尿的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:通过尿沉渣红细胞计数的变化规律,观察养阴清热汤治疗原发性肾小球肾炎血尿的临床疗效。方法:选取60例肺肾阴虚、湿热内蕴型原发性肾小球肾炎血尿患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组予以中药汤剂养阴清热汤治疗,对照组予以中成药肾炎康复片治疗。观察治疗前后中医证候积分及尿沉渣红细胞计数、24小时尿蛋白定量的变化。结果:1.两组治疗后临床疗效结果比较,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为76%,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P0.05)。2.两组治疗前后中医证候积分比较,均有显著性差异(P0.05),且治疗组优于对照组。3.两组治疗前后尿沉渣红细胞计数、24小时尿蛋白定量比较,均有显著性差异(P0.05),且治疗组优于对照组。结论:养阴清热汤可以有效改善患者的临床症状,使尿沉渣红细胞计数及24小时尿蛋白定量水平下降。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingre decoction on hematuria in primary glomerulonephritis. Methods: 60 patients with primary glomerulonephritis with deficiency of lung and kidney yin and damp-heat accumulation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Qingre decoction, and the control group was treated with the traditional Chinese patent medicine nephritis rehabilitation tablet. The changes of TCM syndromes integral, urine sediment red blood cell count and 24 hour urine protein were observed before and after treatment. Results: 1. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90 and the total effective rate of the control group was 76. The treatment group was superior to the control group with significant difference (P0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. 3. There were significant differences in erythrocyte count and 24 hour urine protein between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Yangyin Qingre decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, make urine sediment red blood cell count and 24 hours urine protein quantitative level decreased.
