[Abstract]:Objective based on polysomnography, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and advantage of Ganshu "Dragon Tiger Warfare" acupuncture in the treatment of sub-health insomnia. Seventy sub-health insomnia subjects were randomly assigned to the treatment group (34 cases) and the control group (36 cases). The treatment group was treated with Gan Shu "Dragon Tiger warring War" acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture, while the control group was treated with Gan Shu Ping Bu Ping Xie combined with routine acupuncture, 10 times as a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. The changes of sleep were assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale and polysomnography. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Outcome 1. Curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.97%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 91.18%. The number of cured persons in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P0.05). Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale: 2. 1 intra-group comparison: the PSQI scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment and one month after treatment in terms of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, and sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, and sleep disorders. There were statistically significant differences in daytime dysfunction and total score (P0.01). 2.2 comparison: after treatment and before treatment in the treatment group, sleep quality, sleep time, daytime dysfunction, the difference between the treatment group and before the treatment in the quality of sleep, sleep time, daytime dysfunction, The improvement of the total score was significantly different from that of the control group (P0.01), and the difference in the improvement of the sleeping time was statistically significant (0.05). There were statistically significant differences in sleep quality, sleep efficiency, total score improvement between the treatment group and the control group after one month of follow-up and pre-treatment (P0.01), at the time of falling asleep, the time of sleep, and the improvement of the total score of the treatment group. 2.3 comparison of the curative effect of Ganshu "Dragon-Tiger engagement" acupuncture method: the curative effect of the cured subjects in the treatment group and the effective subjects in the control group were in the time of falling asleep, the time of sleep, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p0.05). There was significant difference in the improvement of total score in daytime dysfunction (P0.01), and in the improvement of sleep quality and sleep efficiency (P0.05). (3) there were significant differences in the improvement of sleep quality and sleep efficiency (P0.05). Polysomnography: 3.1 intra-group comparison: there were significant differences in sleep latency, total sleep time, sleep efficiency and wake-up time after treatment between treatment group and before treatment (P0.01), and there were significant differences in sleep latency, total sleep time, sleep efficiency and wake-up time after sleep (P0.01). There were statistically significant differences in R-phase sleep latency and N-2 sleep time (P0.05). There were significant differences in sleep latency, sleep efficiency and N _ 2 sleep time between before and after treatment in the control group (P0.01), and there were significant differences in the sleep latency and total sleep time in R phase, and in the control group before and after treatment (P0.01). The difference in awake time after falling asleep was statistically significant (P0.05). 3.2 comparison: the improvement of sleep latency between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05). 3. .3 comparison of the curative effect of Ganshu "Dragon-Tiger warring" acupuncture method: the effective patients in the treatment group and the control group were in the sleep latency, There were significant differences in sleep efficiency, wake-up time after falling asleep, N _ 3 sleep time, arousal times, and improvement of arousal index (P0.01), in R phase, The difference in the improvement value of N1 phase was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion 1. Acupuncture treatment of sub-health insomnia is positive, and the curative effect can continue until 1 month after the completion of the treatment. Gan Shu "Dragon Tiger engagement" acupuncture method can significantly improve the clinical cure rate. 2. Gan Shu "Dragon Tiger engagement" acupuncture method can obviously shorten sleep latency, increase sleep time, improve daytime dysfunction, and its curative effect is better than that of the control group, and the cured population has the advantage of good sleep continuity and slight increase of sleep depth.
