穴位敏化现象的实验动物观察

【摘要】:目的:发展一种适合穴位敏化现象研究的动物模型,观察心肌缺血导致的体表穴位处力敏变化,探讨穴位敏化的现象及发生机制。方法:新西兰家兔随机分成对照组和模型组,每组10只。模型组采用改进的气囊阻塞可控心肌缺血模型。在造模前后检测心肌缺血引起的Ⅱ导联变化,通过心肌2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑(TTC)染色确定心肌坏死程度。分别在心肌缺血模型制备过程第8、14、20天检测清醒家兔不同体表部位机械痛阈值。结果:可控心肌缺血模型制备过程中模型组Ⅱ导联变化一致,在气囊充气阻塞左冠状动脉前降支(心肌缺血)时ST段抬高(P0.05),气囊放气后ST段恢复,表明家兔心肌缺血刺激可控。心肌TTC染色示模型组心肌坏死程度为(9.37±0.19)%。3个检测阶段模型组与对照组家兔在足底及"太溪"穴处均无明显机械痛阈值改变(P0.05);心肌缺血刺激14d后模型组"内关"处及心肌缺血刺激20d后模型组"神门"和"内关"处机械痛阈均显著低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:改进的家兔可控心肌缺血模型适用于疾病前后穴位敏化现象的力敏研究。心肌缺血可导致"神门"和"内关"处力敏降低,内脏疾病可导致相关临床治疗穴位发生敏化。
[Abstract]:Aim: to develop an animal model suitable for the study of acupoint sensitization, to observe the changes of acupoint sensitivity induced by myocardial ischemia, and to explore the phenomenon and mechanism of acupoint sensitization. Methods: new Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 10) and model group (n = 10). The model group was treated with improved balloon occlusion controlled myocardial ischemia model. Myocardial necrosis was determined by 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining.
