真实世界的参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死联合用药复杂网络分析

【摘要】：为分析真实世界参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死的联合用药方案,提取全国16家三甲医院信息系统(HIS)数据库中使用参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死患者的基本信息、中西医诊断信息、医嘱信息、实验室检查信息,采用Apriori算法建立模型,Clementine 12.0进行关联分析,采用复杂网络分析联合用药并将结果可视化。全国16家医院635例患者纳入分析,其中优效人群为599例,占94.33%。参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死常与西药的血小板抑制剂、神经修复药、降血脂药、自由基清除药、维生素类药及中药活血化瘀剂联合应用。优效人群在联合应用阿司匹林、降血脂药、活血化瘀剂的基础上,更多地应用了神经修复药和自由基清除药,突出了脑保护策略。参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死的联合用药符合最新的脑梗死诊疗指南,应用神经保护剂有利于提高临床疗效。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the combined treatment of cerebral infarction with Shenxiong glucose injection in the real world, the basic information of the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with Shenxiong glucose injection was extracted from the information system (HIS) database of 16 tertiary first class hospitals in China. The diagnostic information of traditional Chinese and western medicine, the information of doctor's order and the information of laboratory examination were established by Apriori algorithm, the correlation analysis was carried out by Clementine 12.0, the complex network was used to analyze the combined use of drugs and the results were visualized. 635 patients in 16 hospitals in China were included in the analysis, of which 599 (94.33%) were excellent and effective. Shenxiong glucose injection is often combined with platelet inhibitor, nerve repair drug, lipid lowering drug, free radical scavenger, vitamin medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of cerebral infarction. On the basis of combined use of aspirin, antihyperlipidemic drugs and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis agents, more and more nerve repair drugs and free radical scavenging drugs were used in the excellent and effective population, which highlighted the strategy of brain protection. The combined use of Shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction is in accordance with the latest guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction. The application of neuroprotective agents is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy.
