滋阴润肠膏推拿治疗产后便秘（阴虚肠燥型）的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察滋阴润肠膏推拿法与口服加减增液汤治疗产后便秘的临床疗效,并进行对比分析,探究两种方法的临床优越性,为临床治疗提供新经验。方法:经筛选后,将符合纳入标准的60例产后便秘患者随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组以自制滋阴润肠膏为介质配合推拿法治疗,对照组以口服加减增液汤作为治疗方法,通过中医临床症状评分及PAC-QOL便秘生活质量量表积分,对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:经三个疗程的治疗后,两组效果比较,滋阴润肠膏推拿组与口服加减增液汤组都在治疗产后便秘方面取得了良好的疗效。滋阴润肠膏推拿组的总有效率为90%,口服加减增液汤组总有效率76.67%。两组总有效率经秩和检验显示差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:滋阴润肠膏推拿法及口服加减增液汤疗法对产后便秘均有一定临床疗效,但滋阴润肠膏推拿法比口服加减增液汤疗效更明显。并且,膏摩结合了中医外治法和中医推拿疗法的特点,在临床中发挥了其独特而高效的作用,成为一种无副作用的绿色疗法,更为患者所接受。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of nourishing Yin Runchang ointment and orally adding and decreasing Zengye decoction in the treatment of postpartum constipation, and to explore the clinical superiority of the two methods in order to provide new experience for clinical treatment. Methods: after screening, 60 cases of postpartum constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with self-made Ziyin Runchang ointment and massage. In the control group, the treatment effect was compared with the clinical symptom score of TCM and the score of PAC-QOL constipation quality of life scale (QOL) by taking orally adding and decreasing Zengye decoction as the treatment method. Results: after three courses of treatment, the effects of the two groups were compared. Both the group of nourishing Yin and Runchang ointment and the group of adding and decreasing Zengye decoction had achieved good curative effect in the treatment of postpartum constipation. The total effective rate of the massage group was 90%, and the total effective rate of the oral addition and subtractive liquid decoction group was 76.67%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups by rank sum test (p 0.05). Conclusion: ZY Runchang ointment massage and oral addition and subtractive Zengye decoction have certain clinical effect on postpartum constipation, but the therapeutic effect of ZY Runchang ointment and massage is more obvious than that of orally adding and decreasing Zengye decoction. In addition, plaster combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and traditional Chinese massage therapy characteristics, in the clinical play its unique and efficient role, become a side-effect of green therapy, more accepted by patients.
