金水相生法在肺癌化疗中的应用探讨

【摘要】：化疗是中晚期肺癌最主要的治疗措施,而化疗的毒副反应是其疗效的瓶颈。因此,寻找对化疗减毒增效的药物或方法是当今研究的热点。目前,大多数减轻肺癌化疗副反应的中医治法集中在益气健脾法方面的研究,对于同时固护"先天之本"的肾气研究较少。肺癌化疗后多存在气阴两虚,肾精不足。金水相生法包括了益气养阴、补肺滋肾、填精生髓,有整体调治,减轻化疗毒性反应,增强化疗效果的作用,具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Chemotherapy is the most important treatment for advanced lung cancer, and the side effect of chemotherapy is the bottleneck of its curative effect. Therefore, the search for drugs or methods to reduce and enhance chemotherapy is a hot topic in today's research. At present, most of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy of lung cancer focus on the method of invigorating qi and invigorating the spleen, but there is little research on strengthening kidney qi at the same time. After chemotherapy, lung cancer often has deficiency of both qi and yin and deficiency of kidney essence. The method includes nourishing qi and nourishing yin, tonifying the lung and nourishing the kidney, filling the marrow with essence, regulating the whole treatment, alleviating the toxic reaction of chemotherapy and enhancing the effect of chemotherapy. It has a good prospect of application.
