大柴胡汤加味治疗高血压病合并焦虑的疗效观察

【摘要】：为观察大柴胡汤加味对高血压病合并焦虑的临床疗效,将符合纳入标准的126例高血压病合并焦虑患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组62例。治疗组和对照组均给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组在基础西药治疗的基础上加服中药大柴胡汤加味,每日1剂,分2次服,每次100 mL,对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。疗程4周。观察治疗前后2组患者的血压、中医证候、血脂、C反应蛋白、汉密尔顿焦虑量表及不良反应。结果发现,在血压方面,与治疗前相比2组患者治疗后的血压均显著下降(P0.05),但组间比较无显著差异。在中医证候方面,治疗后两者比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。在血脂方面,与治疗前相比,治疗组的TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组在TC上差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在C反应蛋白方面,治疗组与对照组相比有显著下降(P0.05)。在焦虑症状方面,治疗组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表积分无统计学意义。在不良反应方面,2组患者均未见明显的不良反应。大柴胡汤加味治疗高血压病合并焦虑具有一定的临床疗效,在辅助降压的同时,还能改善中医证候,调节血脂、减轻炎症反应,改善焦虑,且安全性较好。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction on hypertension with anxiety, 126 patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 64) and control group (n = 62). Both the treatment group and the control group were treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets. The treatment group was treated with dacaihu decoction on the basis of basic western medicine treatment, one dose per day, divided into two times, each time 100 mL, control group was given dropethiaton meretaxine tablets. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Blood pressure, TCM syndrome, blood lipid, C-reactive protein, Hamilton anxiety scale and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment. The results showed that the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the TCM syndrome, after treatment, there is a statistical difference between the two (P0.05). In the aspect of blood lipid, compared with the pre-treatment, the TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C of the treatment group was significantly different (P0.05); compared with the control group, the TC of the treatment group was significantly different after treatment (P0.05). C-reactive protein in the treatment group compared with the control group significantly decreased (P0.05). In anxiety symptoms, the Hamilton anxiety scale scores in the treatment group had no statistical significance. In terms of adverse reactions, no significant adverse reactions were found in both groups. Dacaihu decoction has certain clinical effect in treating hypertension complicated with anxiety. It can improve TCM syndrome, regulate blood lipid, alleviate inflammatory reaction, and improve anxiety, and the safety is better.
