健脾清热化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效的Meta分析

【摘要】：[目的]应用Meta分析系统评价健脾清热化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的疗效。[方法]系统检索Pubmed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普、万方等数据库(数据为2010,01~2015,03),以健脾清热化瘀法与中药胃复春及西药的随机对照实验为研究对象,采用Jadad量表记分法进行质量评估,用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入9项研究,762例CAG患者,对纳入文献进行异质性检验得P=0.30,I2=16%,表示数据具有同质性,当采用固定效应模型,此外合并效应OR=3.45,95%CI:2.33~5.10,合并效应的检验Z=6.21,P0.01,显示健脾清热化瘀法治疗与胃复春及西药治疗的总体有效率差异有统计学意义。[结论]健脾清热化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效优于胃复春及西药治疗。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the effect of invigorating spleen, clearing away heat and removing blood stasis on chronic atrophic gastritis (chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG) by Meta analysis system. [methods] A systematic search of Pubmed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library, China knowledge Network, Vip, Wanfang database (data of 2010, 01, 2015, 03) was conducted. The randomized controlled trials of invigorating spleen, clearing away heat and removing blood stasis, Weifuchun and western medicine were conducted. Jadad score method was used to evaluate the quality, and RevMan5.1 software was used for Meta analysis. [results] A total of 9 studies were conducted in 762 patients with CAG. The heterogeneity of the data was 0.30 and 16%, indicating that the data were homogeneous. When the fixed effect model was used and the combined effect OR=3.45,95%CI:2.33~5.10, was used, the results showed that the data were homogeneous. The combined effect test showed that there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between Jianpi Qingre Huayu therapy and Weifuchun and western medicine treatment. [conclusion] the therapeutic effect of invigorating spleen, clearing heat and removing blood stasis on chronic atrophic gastritis is better than that of Weifuchun and western medicine.
