浅析《温热经纬》诊治妇人温病的特点

【摘要】：妇人温病多与男子无异,然因其有经、孕、胎、产的独特生理过程,温病常多发于胎前、产后及经水适断适来之时,或恐温邪害妊,或惧邪陷血室,故临证时除了肃清温邪外,还要固护妇人本身的生理特性以及对疾病的影响。王士雄《温热经纬》中论述了对妇人妊娠、产后及经期三个不同阶段温病的认识及诊治特点,现作一浅要分析,以滋效法。
[Abstract]:Most of the febrile diseases in women are the same as those in men. However, because of their unique physiological process of menstruation, pregnancy, fetus and birth, febrile diseases often occur before and after delivery, postpartum and when suitable for water, or fear of temperature evil, or fear of evil trapped in the blood chamber, so in addition to eliminating warm evil, Also care for the woman's own physiological characteristics and the impact on the disease. Wang Shixiong's "Wenre meridian" discusses the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of febrile disease in women at three different stages of pregnancy, postpartum and menstrual period, and makes a brief analysis in order to nourish the effect of febrile disease.
