补肾中药调控BMP-Smad信号通路促进牵张成骨的研究进展

【摘要】:牵张成骨是骨科肢体重建的重要技术,但治疗周期长和新骨形成不佳是亟待解决的关键问题。应用外源性BMP是目前促进成骨的主要方法,但存在诸多缺陷,促进内源性BMP合成、提高生物利用度是解决问题的有效途径。补肾法促进骨形成的作用确切,对于激活BMP-smad信号通路也有巨大的潜能,但在牵张成骨中的作用靶点和调节机制尚未明确。文章就目前补肾中药调控BMP-Smad信号通路促进牵张成骨的相关研究作一综述。
[Abstract]:Distraction osteogenesis is an important technique for limb reconstruction in orthopaedics, but the long treatment cycle and poor new bone formation are the key problems to be solved urgently. The application of exogenous BMP is the main method to promote osteogenesis at present, but there are many defects. Promoting the synthesis of endogenous BMP and improving the bioavailability are the effective ways to solve the problem. The effect of tonifying kidney on bone formation is accurate, and it also has great potential for activating BMP-smad signal pathway, but the target and regulatory mechanism in distraction Zhang Cheng bone are not clear. This paper reviews the related research on the regulation of BMP-Smad signal pathway by tonifying the kidney and promoting distraction osteogenesis.
