安泰汤治疗阴虚火旺证绝经前后诸证的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过口服安泰汤与坤泰胶囊治疗阴虚火旺证绝经前后诸证,比较治疗后两组药物对本病的症状改善情况,观察安泰汤治疗阴虚火旺证绝经前后诸证的临床效果,探讨安泰汤的主要作用机理。方法:本试验选择于2015年1月至2015年9月期间在长春中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊就诊,符合绝经前后诸证纳入标准的72例患者,采用随机、对照的研究方法,按照患者就诊顺序进行编号,依次纳入安泰汤治疗组和坤泰胶囊对照组,每组各36例。疗程为4周,分别记录患者服药前后的症状积分改善情况,进行疗效判定,为安泰汤治疗本病提供临床依据。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为80.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(p0.05)。治疗前两组患者中医症状积分无明显差异(P0.05),治疗后两组患者中医症状积分明显下降(P0.05),说明治疗组对中医症状的改善情况优于对照组;两组患者用药前后中医症状积分均明显下降有显著性差异,具有统计学意义;治疗组疗后症状积分均下降,具有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组中阴部瘙痒、皮肤蚁行感症状积分无明显变化,无统计学意义(P0.05),其余症状积分均下降,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:安泰汤对于阴虚火旺证绝经前后诸证的治疗效果显著,能够明显改善本病患者的临床症状,且安全可靠,副作用甚小,值得临床广为应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the symptom improvement of the two groups after treatment by oral Antai decoction and Kuntai capsule before and after menopause, and to observe the clinical effect of Antai decoction on pre-and post-menopausal syndrome of yin deficiency and fire prosperity syndrome. The main mechanism of Antai decoction was discussed. Methods: from January 2015 to September 2015, 72 patients who met the criteria of postmenopausal syndrome inclusion were enrolled in the gynecological clinic of affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the order of treatment, 36 cases in each group were included in Antai decoction treatment group and Kuntai capsule control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The improvement of symptom score before and after treatment was recorded, and the curative effect was judged, which provided clinical basis for Antai decoction in the treatment of this disease. Results: the total effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 80.6% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (p0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly (P 0.05), which indicated that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment, and the symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group (P 0.05). In the control group, there was no significant change in the scores of pruritus and skin ant symptoms (P 0.05), but the scores of other symptoms decreased statistically (P 0.05). Conclusion: Antai decoction is effective in the treatment of syndrome of yin deficiency and fire prosperity before and after menopause, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with this disease, and it is safe and reliable, and the side effects are very small, so it is worth widely used in clinic.
