基于ABCD2评分短暂性脑缺血发作的舌象、脉象研究

【摘要】：目的:通过对TIA患者舌象、脉象研究,观察不同危险分层的TIA患者的舌象、脉象特点,对中风病的早期中医干预创造条件。方法:将符合TIA诊断标准患者按照ABCD2评分量表进行评分,分为低危组和中高危组,收集两组患者的舌象、脉象的频数特征,观察两组舌象、脉象的差异性。结果:最常见的舌象为舌质黯(45.3%),舌质红(40.6%),舌苔腻(37.6%),最常见的脉象为脉弦(35.3%);中高危组出现舌质红、舌质黯、舌苔腻、舌苔黄、舌苔少或无苔的检出率明显高于低危组;中高危组的脉弦、脉滑、脉沉、脉浮的检出率高于低危组,其中脉弦、脉滑、脉浮两组间具有显著差异。结论:TIA患者中最常出现的舌象、脉象为舌质黯、红,舌苔黄、腻,脉弦、滑,而且TIA患者中风的危险度越高则上述舌象、脉象的检出率越高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the tongue appearance and pulse characteristics of TIA patients with different risk stratification by studying the tongue picture and pulse picture of TIA patients, and to create conditions for early TCM intervention of apoplexy. Methods: the patients who met the diagnostic criteria of TIA were divided into low risk group and middle and high risk group according to the ABCD2 scale. The tongue images and pulse frequency characteristics of the two groups were collected, and the differences of tongue images and pulse images between the two groups were observed. Results: the most common tongue appearance was tongue dark (45.3%), tongue red (40.6%), tongue coating greasy (37.6%), and the most common pulse was pulse string (35.3%). The detection rate of red tongue, dark tongue, greasy tongue coating, yellow tongue coating, less or no tongue coating in the middle and high risk group was significantly higher than that in the low risk group. The detection rates of pulse string, pulse slippage, pulse subsidence and pulse floating in the middle and high risk group were higher than those in the low risk group, and there were significant differences in pulse string, pulse slippage and pulse floating between the two groups. Conclusion: the most common tongue appearance in TIA patients is dark tongue, red, yellow tongue coating, greasy pulse string and slippery tongue coating, and the higher the risk of stroke in TIA patients, the higher the detection rate of pulse image.
