复方芪鹰颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠Hsp70表达的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of compound Qiying granule on the expression of Hsp70 and injured fibers in sciatica of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods 10 Wistar rats were randomly selected from 60 DPN rats as normal group and 50 rats as DPN model. 43 rats were randomly divided into model group (n = 11) and compound Qiying granule low dose group (n = 11), and the model group (n = 11) was randomly divided into model group (n = 11) and compound Qiying granule low dose group (n = 11). In the middle dose group (n = 11) and the high dose group (n = 10), 3 rats died in the model group and 1 in the low dose group. The low, middle and high dose groups of compound Qiying granule were 1.17, 2.34 and 4.68 g 路kg ~ (- 1), respectively. the model group and the normal group were treated with distilled water of the corresponding volume once a day. After 4 weeks of treatment, the expression of Hsp70 and the changes of nerve injured fibers in each group were observed. Results the expression of Hsp70 in the sciatica of each dose group and model group was significantly different from that of the normal group (P 0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of Hsp70 in the sciatica of the high dose group was significantly different from that of the model group (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the middle dose group and the high dose group (P 0.05). Compared with the normal group, the percentage of fibers in each dose group and model group of compound Qiying granule was significantly different from that in the normal group (P 0.01). Compared with the model group, the percentage of fibers in the high dose group and the model group was significantly different from that in the model group (P 0.01), and the percentage of fibers in the high dose group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P 0.01). Conclusion compound Qiying granule may improve the injured sciatica by regulating the level of Hsp70 in the sciatica of DPN rats.
