益气固表协定处方治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察益气固表协定处方(中医辩证结合生物共振技术获得)治疗表虚不固型慢性自发性荨麻疹的临床疗效、复发率及安全性[1]。方法:将90例表虚不固型慢性自发性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),治疗组给予益气固表协定处方口服;对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪片口服。4W为1疗程,治疗2个疗程,分别观察给药前、1(4W)个疗程、2(8W)个疗程末及停药1(4W)个疗程后两组荨麻疹患者活动度评分(皮疹大小、颜色、数量、分布、瘙痒、发生频率、持续时间、划痕症、点刺试验)、临床疗效、复发率、安全性。结果:①服药4W末和8W末,两组患者UAS评分相对于前一个观察时点均明显下降[1];② 4W后的总体有效情况,治疗(益气固表处方)组与对照(盐酸左西替利嗪)组分别为44.4%和46.7%,在统计学上无显著差异(P=0.533);③8W后总体有效情况,治疗(益气固表处方)与对照(盐酸左西替利嗪)组经计算分别是88.9%和80.0%,在统计学上无显著差异(P=0.427);④患者停药1疗程后随访,复发情况相比治疗组和对照组分别为10.0%和33.3%,在统计学上有显著差异(P=0.027);⑤安全性:不良反应情况方面相对于对照组(24.4%),治疗组较低(6.7%),两组统计学有显著差异(P=0.042)。结论:益气固表协定处方(中医辩证结合生物共振技术获得)治疗表虚不固型慢性自发性荨麻疹临床疗效和公认的西药(盐酸左西替利嗪)对比疗效相当,且复发率低、副作用小,为加快中医传承方面提供了一种全新的方法,对推动中医药理论与临床的客观量化研究工作发挥积极地作用。
