小针刀联合膝关节外展支具治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过系统的临床观察,探讨小针刀联合膝关节外展支具治疗内侧间室膝骨关节炎的可行性及临床疗效,为临床上治疗膝关节骨关节炎提供一种有效的治疗方案。方法:将湖南中医药大学第一附属医院骨伤科门诊中诊断为内侧间室膝骨关节炎的患者60例,采用随机对照的方法将所有患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组采用小针刀联合膝关节外展支具治疗;对照组采用小针刀联合玻璃酸钠治疗,两组的治疗时间均为五周。观察两组患者治疗前、后的VAS疼痛评分、Lequesne指数评分的变化。结果:1.组内比较:经过五周治疗后,两组患者的VAS疼痛评分、Lequesne指数评分较治疗前均有降低,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。2.组间比较:经过五周治疗后,治疗组VAS疼痛评分、Lequesne指数评分改善程度优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:小针刀联合膝关节外展支具治疗内侧间室膝骨关节炎可明显改善膝关节疼痛症状及膝关节功能,且疗效优于小针刀联合玻璃酸钠治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the feasibility and clinical effect of small needle knife combined with knee extension brace in the treatment of medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis, and to provide an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods: sixty patients with medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis were diagnosed in the outpatient Department of Orthopaedics, the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with small needle knife combined with abduction brace of knee joint. The control group was treated with small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate for five weeks. The changes of VAS pain score and Lequesne index score before and after treatment were observed. Result: 1. Intra-group comparison: after five weeks of treatment, the VAS pain score and Lequesne index score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (p0.05). Comparison between groups: after five weeks of treatment, the improvement of VAS pain score and Lequesne index score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p0.05). Conclusion: small needle knife combined with knee abduction brace can obviously improve knee joint pain symptoms and knee joint function in the treatment of medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis, and the curative effect is better than that of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate.
