黄精中药制剂治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的:系统评价黄精中药制剂治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:检索黄精中药制剂及对照西药治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的随机对照研究(RCTs),根据Cochrane 5.1手册要求,分别选择研究、提取数据并评价纳入RCTs的质量,并使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析显示,试验组总有效率明显优于西药对照组(P=0.005),空腹血糖降低值不劣于西药对照组(P=0.36),餐后血糖降低值明显优于西药对照组(P=0.002)。亚组分析:非黄精单药的总有效率不劣于对照组(P=0.08),而黄精单药的总有效率明显优于对照组(P=0.01)。结论:从本次研究结果来看,黄精中药制剂治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病不劣于单纯西药治疗。但鉴于纳入本次研究有一定的局限性,还仍需设计良好的大规模临床随机对照研究来验证。
