中医辩证治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果

【摘要】：目的观察使用中医辩证法对老年糖尿病患者治疗的临床效果。方法按照盲选原则选取本院在2016年1月至11月时间段内所接诊的老年糖尿病患者82例,均分成观察组41例,给予中医辩证治疗,对照组41例,给予常规治疗。分析两组患者治疗情况。结果在本次治疗中观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%(38/41),涉及到显效20例,有效18例,而对照组总有效率为73.17%(30/41),观察组明显高于对照组,P0.05差异具备统计学意义。结论对老年糖尿病患者按照中医辩证治疗,可有效提升临床对该类患者治疗效率,有助于患者恢复。
