益养通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

【摘要】：目的:研究益养通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将88例糖尿病周围神经病变者随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,观察组患者采用益养通络方治疗,对照组患者采用西药实施干预诊治,观察比较两组患者临床疗效及神经病变评分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为88.6%,明显高于对照组的70.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的神经病变总分为(5.18±1.39)分,明显低于对照组的(6.37±2.05)分(P0.05)。结论:益养通络方具有益气活血通络的功效,可改善微循环,促进神经组织的恢复,控制糖尿病周围神经病变的发生与发展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Yiyang Tongluo recipe on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 88 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group (n = 44) and control group (n = 44). The patients in the observation group were treated with Yiyang Tongluo recipe, and the patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 88.6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.5%) (P 0.05). After treatment, the total score of neuropathy in the observation group was (5.18 卤1.39), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (6.37 卤2.05). Conclusion: Yiyang Tongluo recipe has the effect of invigorating qi, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals, which can improve microcirculation, promote the recovery of nerve tissue and control the occurrence and development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
