昆明市交警支队民警自身工作满意度研究

【摘要】:交警作为道路交通管理者,承担着保障道路交通安全与畅通,维护人民生命财产安全的重大责任,我们要给予交警这个群体更多的关注,各级领导和主管部门要对他们的工作满意度加以重视。通过对交通民警工作满意度调查分析,充分掌握交通民警思想动态,了解他们的心理需求。然而目前,世界上对于工作满意度的研究已经非常广泛,而且很多研究学者在此方面取得了很大成果。我国在这方面的研究也很多,但专门对交通民警进行的研究不多,以国内外对工作满意度比较成熟的度量表为基础,本研究通过访谈、调研,编制出专门针对交通民警的工作满意度调查问卷,对昆明市交警支队部分民警进行深入访谈,并抽取不同岗位、不同职级的200名警察进行的调查,分析研究交通警察工作满意度的影响因素。 经过分析研究发现影响昆明市交通民警工作满意度的因素主要有:交警工作本身的性质、人际关系、交通民警所拥有的工作环境与条件、民警所获得的社会支持和认可、工作回报、民警的工作负荷、交警支队的组织管理、民警的个人发展。并提出提高民警工作满意度的建议主要有以下方面:提高交警的工资待遇;加强警力投入,合理配置警力资源,降低民警的工作强度;改善交警的工作环境和条件(包括社会舆论、法制环境,工作及岗位条件等方面);为交通民警提供成长与发展的条件和空间,加强组织管理,完善保障机制,多管齐下,真正实现“从优待警”。
[Abstract]:As the traffic police traffic management, commitment to the protection of road traffic safety and unimpeded, major responsibility to protect people's lives and property safety, we should give more attention to the traffic police group, the leaders and departments at all levels should pay attention to their job satisfaction. Through the investigation and analysis of traffic police job satisfaction, fully grasp the idea of dynamic traffic the police, to understand their psychological needs. However, the world for the study of job satisfaction has been very extensive, and many scholars in this field have made great achievements. Our research in this area there are many, but the special research on traffic police were not much, at home and abroad on the job satisfaction scale measure mature the basis of this research through interviews, research, developed specifically for the traffic police job satisfaction questionnaire on Kunming city traffic police detachment Some policemen conducted in-depth interviews, and investigated 200 policemen at different posts and different ranks, and analyzed the influencing factors of traffic police's job satisfaction.
Through the analysis of factors influencing job satisfaction of traffic police in Kunming city are: the nature of police work itself, interpersonal relationship, work environment and conditions of the traffic police have, the police received social support and recognition, work return, work load of police, traffic police detachment of the police organization management and personal development. And put forward the suggestions to improve police work satisfaction mainly in the following aspects: to improve police wages; strengthen the police into the reasonable allocation of police resources, reduce the work intensity of the police traffic police; improve the working environment and conditions (including public opinion, legal environment, work and job conditions etc.); to provide conditions and space to grow and for the development of the traffic police, strengthen the organization and management, perfecting the safeguard mechanism, multi pronged approach to realize "preferential treatment from the police.
