叙事治疗模式下犯罪青少年矫治个案研究

【摘要】：当前，我国犯罪青少年案件日益增多，严重影响了青少年自身健康成长、家庭幸福程度和整个国家的和谐。社会工作者的及时介入尤其重要，社会工作者深入地开展服务，提供细致帮助，有助于恢复犯罪青少年自信、提升他们适应监狱环境的能力、完成学业、重新融入社会。本文以辽宁省鞍山市少年犯B某为立足点，借助访谈法、文献分析法、实地调查法和个案社会工作专业方法对少年犯B某进行分析研究。通过社会工作实务的通用过程，运用叙事治疗模式来对案主进行专业化的服务。本文的结构分为五个部分，第一部分是绪论，研究背景、研究意义、研究思路和所采用的研究方法；第二部分是相关概念及理论研究综述。介绍了犯罪青少年概念及犯罪青少年社会工作矫治国内外研究综述，，之后再针对犯罪青少年矫治的重要性和个案社会工作介入犯罪青少年矫治的必要性进行详细阐述和分析。第三部分是犯罪青少年个案矫治案例及分析。笔者收集关于鞍山籍少年犯B某的资料，界定案主的问题并运用理论分析问题的成因；第四部分是犯罪青少年个案矫治实施的过程。通过对案主自身、案主的家庭、同辈群体、所在社区等多方面实施服务计划，达成笔者为案主所制定的服务目标；第五部分是结论与建议。笔者在结案之后继续跟进，对自己的服务情况进行反思。本文为促进犯罪青少年的健康成长和中国社会工作实务中的矫治个案工作提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the increasing number of juvenile delinquency cases in China has seriously affected the healthy growth of young people themselves, the degree of family happiness and the harmony of the whole country. The timely intervention of social workers is particularly important. The intensive service and meticulous assistance provided by social workers can help to restore the self-confidence of delinquents, improve their ability to adapt to prison conditions, complete their studies, and reintegrate into society. In this paper, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, some juvenile offenders as a foothold, with the help of interviews, literature analysis. The field investigation method and the case social work specialized method to carry on the analysis research to the juvenile offender B. through the social work practice general process. The structure of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, the research background, the research significance, the research thought and the research method adopted; The second part is a review of related concepts and theories. It introduces the concept of juvenile delinquents and the social work of juvenile delinquents at home and abroad. Then the importance of correction of juvenile delinquents and the necessity of social work intervention in juvenile delinquency correction are elaborated and analyzed in detail. The third part is the case study and analysis of juvenile delinquency cases. Information on B, a juvenile offender of Anshan nationality. Define the problem of the owner and use the theory to analyze the causes of the problem; The 4th part is the implementation process of juvenile delinquency cases. Through the implementation of various service plans for the victim himself, the victim's family, the peer group, the community, and so on, the author has achieved the service goals formulated by the author for the victim. The 5th part is the conclusion and the suggestion. The author continues to follow up after the conclusion of the case. This paper provides a reference for promoting the healthy growth of juvenile delinquents and the case work of correction in the practice of social work in China.
