【摘要】：冷战之后的世界渐渐发生着各种各样的变化，恐怖主义活动同样愈演愈烈，已渐渐成为国际社会的主要危害。进入新的世纪，恐怖主义也逐渐显现出新的特点。美国扮演的“国际警察”以暴制暴的手段更加激化了种族间的、地区间的矛盾。反恐这么多年以来，恐怖主义的势头并没有得到遏制，反而产生了威胁扩大化的趋势。无论是从恐怖袭击的手段、区域、规模、严重程度都日益猖獗。震惊世界的“911”恐怖袭击事件为全世界人民敲响了警钟。随着经济全球化以及科学技术的飞速发展，，恐怖主义展现出了它国际化的一面。在这样的境遇下，中国面对恐怖主义的立场是清晰的，而在面对新的形势和恐怖主义新的特点中国又当如何应对？如何做出战略选择，这就是本文探寻的重点。
[Abstract]:The world after the Cold War is undergoing a variety of changes, and terrorist activities are becoming more and more serious, and have gradually become the major danger to the international community. Terrorism is also taking on new features. The United States' role as an "international police" has exacerbated ethnic and regional conflicts by using violent methods to combat terrorism for so many years. The momentum of terrorism has not been contained, on the contrary, there has been a tendency to expand the threat, whether from the means of terrorist attacks, the region, the scale. The "911" terrorist attacks, which shocked the world, sounded a wake-up call for the people of the world. With the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology. Terrorism shows its internationalized side. Under such circumstances, China's stand on terrorism is clear, and in the face of the new situation and new characteristics of terrorism, how should China deal with it? How to make a strategic choice, this is the focus of this paper.
