警察职业教育微课程体系建设——以警械武器使用微课程设计与制作为例

【摘要】:警察在警械武器使用中存在技能掌握不熟练的情况,主要是因为警械武器相关课程欠缺规范化、教学与训练中与法律相适应的内容欠缺。鉴于微课程教学具有灵活、简单、高效等优点,设计了警察警械武器使用微课程体系,分为3个模块,60个知识点,详述微课程制作的选题——教学设计——视频录制——评价与修改——上传与反馈等流程的要点及注意事项。
[Abstract]:In the use of police weapons, there is a lack of proficiency in the use of police weapons, mainly because of the lack of standardization of courses related to police weapons, and the lack of content suitable to the law in teaching and training. In view of the flexibility and simplicity of microcurriculum teaching, With the advantages of high efficiency and so on, a microcurriculum system for the use of police weapons is designed, which is divided into three modules and 60 knowledge points. In this paper, the main points and points for attention in the process of microcourse production, such as teaching design, video recording, evaluation and modification, upload and feedback, are described in detail.
