福建基层警察组织承诺、主观幸福感对工作投入的影响研究

【摘要】: 本研究通过问卷调查来考察福建省基层警察组织承诺、主观幸福感与工作投入的现状,探讨主观幸福感、组织承诺与工作投入三者之间的关系以及主观幸福感、组织承诺对工作投入的影响作用。研究结果表明: (1)福建省基层警察由于其工作性质的特殊性,工作投入由奉献、活力、责任和专注四个因子构成。 (2)福建省基层警察的工作投入和组织承诺总体水平较高。除了社会信心、成长进步、目标价值、自我接受和家庭氛围之外,福建省基层警察主观幸福感总体不高。 (3)不同性别警察在目标价值得分上存在显著差异;不同年龄警察在知足充裕得分上存在明显差异;不同警种的警察在奉献、主观幸福感、目标价值体验、人际适应、理想承诺得分上存在显著差异;不同行政级别的警察在奉献、组织承诺、感情承诺、主观幸福感、知足充裕、身体健康、心态平衡、人际适应得分上有明显差异。 (4)组织承诺、主观幸福感与工作投入存在显著正相关,组织承诺通过主观幸福感对工作投入有一定预测作用。 (5)感情承诺、规范承诺和理想承诺通过知足充裕体验、成长进步体验、社会信心体验、自我接受体验和人际适应体验影响工作投入。感情承诺是最主要的影响因素。
[Abstract]:In this study, the present situation of organizational commitment, subjective well-being and work involvement of grass-roots police in Fujian Province was investigated by questionnaire, and the relationship between subjective well-being, organizational commitment and work engagement, as well as subjective well-being, was discussed. The impact of organizational commitment on work engagement. The findings indicate that:. Due to the particularity of its working nature, the work devotion of the basic police in Fujian Province is composed of four factors: dedication, vigor, responsibility and concentration. Except for social confidence, growth and progress, goal value, self-acceptance and family atmosphere, the subjective well-being of grass-roots police in Fujian Province is not high. 2) the overall level of work involvement and organizational commitment of grass-roots police in Fujian Province is relatively high, except for social confidence, growth and progress, goal value, self-acceptance and family atmosphere. (3) there were significant differences in goal value scores among different gender police, significant differences in contentment scores among police officers of different ages, and dedication, subjective well-being, goal value experience, interpersonal adaptation among police officers of different grades. There were significant differences in the scores of ideal commitment, different administrative levels of police in dedication, organizational commitment, emotional commitment, subjective well-being, contentment, physical health, psychological balance, interpersonal adaptation scores were significantly different. (4) organizational commitment, subjective well-being and work engagement were significantly positively correlated, and organizational commitment had a certain predictive effect on work engagement through subjective well-being. 5) emotional commitment, normative commitment and ideal commitment affect work involvement through sufficient experience, growth and progress experience, social confidence experience, self-acceptance experience and interpersonal adaptation experience.
