100例汉族成人颅骨表面11对骨性标志点的定位及对称性研究

【摘要】:目的:研究颅骨表面11对骨性标志点,确定各标志点在颅骨表面的位置以及分析各标志点的对称性。方法:标记汉族成人完整颅骨(男性80枚,女性20枚)表面11对(共22个)骨性标志点,用颅像重合仪采集其图像并导入Adobe Photoshop cs6软件,测量各标志点到鼻根点的距离、各标志点和鼻根点的连线与面中线所成的夹角,根据所测的距离和夹角分析各标志点的对称性。结果:获得了男、女颅骨各标志点至鼻根点距离的测量数据,各标志点和鼻根点的连线与面中线所成夹角的测量数据。对于男性颅骨,眶上孔点、眶额颧点、眶外结节点、颏孔点和下颌角点的对称性较好;对于女性颅骨,眶上孔点、眶外结节点、眶下孔点和下颌角点的对称性较好;颞额颧点、眶外结节点和眶下孔点在男性和女性颅骨表面的位置较为固定;眼眶周围骨性标志点(眶外缘点和眶下点除外)的对称性相对颅骨其他部位要好。结论:研究结果可以用于确定各标志点在颅骨表面的位置,是对残碎不全颅骨进行修复的矫正指标,可以用于残碎不全颅骨的颅像重合。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study 11 pairs of bone markers on the surface of skull, determine the location of each marker on the surface of skull and analyze the symmetry of each marker. There were 11 pairs (22 pairs) of bone markers on the surface of 20 females. The images were collected by cranial image reclosure and imported into Adobe Photoshop cs6 software to measure the distance from each marker point to the nasal root point, and the angle between the line between each marker point and the nasal root point and the midplane line. The symmetry of the mark points was analyzed according to the measured distance and angle. Results: the distance between the mark points and the nasal root points of the male and female skulls was obtained. Measurements of the angle between the line of the mark point and the nasal root point and the midface line. For the male skull, supraorbital foramen point, orbital frontozygomatic point, external orbital nodule point, mental foramen point and mandibular angle point, the symmetry is better; for female skull, supraorbital foramen point, supraorbital foramen point, The symmetry of the extraorbital nodule, the suborbital foramen and the mandibular angle is better, the position of the temporomaticozygomatic point, the extraorbital tuberculous point and the suborbital foramen is fixed on the surface of the male and female cranial bone. The symmetry of the periorbital bone markers (except the outer orbital and suborbital points) is better than the rest of the skull. Conclusion: the results of the study can be used to determine the location of the markers on the surface of the skull. It is a correction index of incomplete skull, and can be used for skull image superposition of incomplete skull.
