城市规划与设计的犯罪防控效应

【摘要】：城市规划与设计是创造城市安全的可防控空间的综合手段,应该充分发挥犯罪防控效应。在阐述防控犯罪基本理念的基础上,研究了城市规划与设计发挥犯罪防控效应的各种途径。功能分区规划要科学划分功能区,合理配置建设用地,制定适当的建筑规划标准,合理确定人口规模。建筑组合设计在进行建筑单体组合设计和建筑群体组合设计时,要为防控犯罪提供有利条件。建筑单体设计时,要按照住宅建筑、公共设施建筑、高层建筑与智能化建筑的不同情况与需要分别对待。对外交通规划设计与对内交通规划设计都要在保障交通功能的基础上消除可能存在的犯罪盲区。
[Abstract]:Urban planning and design is a comprehensive means to create a safe and controllable space for the city, so the crime prevention and control effect should be brought into full play. On the basis of expounding the basic concept of crime prevention and control, This paper studies various ways for urban planning and design to exert the effect of crime prevention and control. Functional zoning planning should be scientifically divided into functional areas, reasonable allocation of construction land, establishment of appropriate building planning standards, Reasonable determination of population size. When building combination design is carried out, it is necessary to provide favorable conditions for crime prevention and control when carrying out building combination design and building group combination design. When building monomer design, it should be designed according to residential buildings and public facilities buildings, The different situations and needs of high-rise building and intelligent building should be treated separately. Both external traffic planning and internal traffic planning and design should eliminate the possible crime blind zone on the basis of ensuring traffic function.
