流动人口工作满意度影响要素探析——基于2013年流动人口管理和服务对策研究数据

【摘要】:基于2013年南开大学等高校联合课题组在中国8个城市的"流动人口管理和服务对策研究"调查数据,统计分析了正规就业条件下流动人口工作满意度的影响因素,并探讨了户籍对工作满意度的调节作用。研究发现,年龄与工作满意度呈现倒U型相关;学历、收入与工作满意度存在显著的正相关关系;工作时间、居住变更与工作满意度存在负相关关系;就业类型与工作满意度有一定的相关性;流动人口工作满意度的影响要素确实存在城乡差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of "floating population Management and Service Countermeasures" conducted by the University of Nankai University and other universities in China in 2013, this paper analyzed the factors influencing the job satisfaction of the floating population under the formal employment conditions.And discussed the household registration to the job satisfaction adjustment function.The study found that age and job satisfaction were inversely U related, educational background, income and job satisfaction had significant positive correlation, working time, residence change and job satisfaction had negative correlation.There is a certain correlation between employment type and job satisfaction, and there is a real difference between urban and rural areas in the influencing factors of job satisfaction of floating population.
