公安干警使命感激励机制研究

【摘要】:在我国,公安干警肩负着维护国家政治稳定和社会安定的重任,在保障人民的生命财产安全中发挥着至关重要的作用。随着改革改革开放的不断深化以及社会主义市场经济建设地快速发展,公安干警的工作量增大,工作难度变强,工作性质越来越复杂,对公安干警提出了新的挑战,公安干警不仅要完成上级命令的体力工作,更需要具备严明的纪律、高尚的道德等新思想和新作风。但是,由于目前我国公安干警激励机制不完善,过多强调物质激励,而忽视了精神激励,导致公安干警在面对复杂的社会环境时,容易造成权利的竞争,忘记了自身的使命所在,难以更好的履行职责。因此,基于使命感的公安干警激励机制的研究具有重要理论意义和现实意义。全文由五个部分组成,第一部分为绪论。提出基于使命感的公安干警激励机制的研究背景、意义以及本文的研究内容等;第二部分是文献综述。对激励机制、公安激励机制、使命感等进行综述,作为本文研究的理论基础;第三部分通过分析公安干警的现状进行深入剖析,从而提出建立基于使命感的公安干警的激励机制的必要性;第四部分从设计的目的、原则和内容对基于使命感的干警激励机制的设计进行详细阐述;第五部分针对基于使命感公安干警激励机制中存在的问题提出相应的政策建议。第六部分是对基于使命感的干警激励机制的总结。本文在定性分析的基础上,得出建立基于使命感的公安干警激励机制对于完善我国公安干警的激励机制,调动公安干警的工作积极性具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。但是,基于使命感的公安干警激励机制的建立是一个长期而又艰巨的问题,它需要充分了解公安干警的需求,深入剖析社会现状,明确其建立的紧迫性以及必要性,才能更好的发挥出应有的激励作用。
[Abstract]:In our country, the public security policemen shoulder the important task of maintaining national political stability and social stability, and play a vital role in ensuring the safety of people's life and property.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of socialist market economy construction, the workload of police officers has increased, the difficulty of their work has become stronger, and the nature of their work has become more and more complex, which has posed a new challenge to the police officers.The police should not only complete the physical work ordered by their superiors, but also have strict discipline, noble morality and other new ideas and new style of work.However, due to the imperfect incentive mechanism of our country's police officers, too much emphasis on material incentives, and neglect of spiritual incentives, it is easy for police officers to compete for rights in the face of a complex social environment.Forget their mission, difficult to better perform their duties.Therefore, the research of the police incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission has important theoretical and practical significance.The full text consists of five parts, the first part is the introduction.This paper puts forward the research background, significance and research content of the incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission. The second part is the literature review.This paper summarizes the incentive mechanism, the public security incentive mechanism, the sense of mission and so on, as the theoretical basis of this paper. The third part analyzes the current situation of the police officers.The fourth part expatiates on the design of the incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission from the purpose, principle and content of the design.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of police officers based on the sense of mission.The sixth part is the summary of the incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission.On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish the incentive mechanism of the police based on the sense of mission for perfecting the incentive mechanism of the police and arousing the enthusiasm of the police in our country.However, the establishment of incentive mechanism based on the sense of mission is a long-term and arduous problem. It needs to fully understand the needs of police officers, deeply analyze the current social situation, and make clear the urgency and necessity of its establishment.In order to better play the role of incentives.
