警民话语冲突的触发点和结束途径

【摘要】：警民话语冲突的触发点是引发警民话语冲突的最后的、直接的原因,不满意的处置、诋毁或侮辱性话语、被视为冒犯的小动作、不良含义的微眼神、被解读为蔑视的沉默、大嗓门的吆喝声、民族或文化忌讳等,都会成为警民话语冲突的触发点。警民话语冲突的结束涵盖三种情况:一是话语冲突被彻底消解;二是话语冲突终止,结局是无后续影响的"不了了之";三是由显性话语冲突"潜伏"为隐性冲突。警民话语冲突的结束途径有:解决事项问题、话语沟通、一方退出、第三方介入等。
[Abstract]:The trigger point of the conflict between the police and the public is the last, direct cause of the conflict, dissatisfactory disposition, slander or insulting words, being regarded as an offensive act, a slight look of bad meaning, and being interpreted as contempt of silence. Loud voices, ethnic or cultural taboos and so on, will become the trigger point of the conflict between the police and the public. The end of the conflict between the police and the people covers three kinds of situations: one is that the conflict of discourse is completely eliminated; the other is the ending of the conflict with no subsequent influence, and the third is that the explicit conflict of discourse "lurks" into the hidden conflict. The ways to end the conflict are as follows: solving the problem, communicating with each other, withdrawing one party, and intervening by third party.
