少数民族贫困地区人口迁移与经济增长的耦合关系演进研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,少数民族贫困地区人口不断向经济发达地区迁移。论文应用系统耦合理论,从协调性和组合发展两个视角分析少数民族贫困地区人口迁移与经济增长的关系特征,对耦合度进行测定。以人口流入、流出和人口流入流出比构建人口迁移指标,以经济增长的总量、质量和效率三个角度构建经济增长指标,结合熵权法进行权重系数计算。选取云南8个少数民族贫困自治县,对人口迁移与经济增长耦合程度的演进规律进行实证分析。结果表明,贫困县人口迁移和经济增长均存在稳定的正向关系,经济发展较好的县耦合度也较好,但存在一定程度的衰退趋势;人口迁移与经济增长存在一个互促发展的最优比例,而各区域的人口迁移与经济增长对耦合度的贡献比例不同,因此各个区域要实现经济的可持续发展,需要根据自身的实际情况按最优比例协调人口迁移,从而促进区域社会经济稳定发展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the population in poor minority areas has been moving to economically developed areas. Based on the system coupling theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between population migration and economic growth in poor minority areas from the perspectives of coordination and combination development, and measures the coupling degree. The index of population migration is constructed by the ratio of population inflow, outflow and population inflow and outflow, and the index of economic growth is constructed from the three angles of total amount, quality and efficiency of economic growth, and the weight coefficient is calculated with entropy weight method. Eight poor minority autonomous counties in Yunnan Province are selected to analyze the evolution law of the coupling degree of population migration and economic growth. The results show that there is a stable positive relationship between population migration and economic growth in poor counties, and the coupling degree of counties with better economic development is also good, but there is a trend of decline to some extent. There is an optimal proportion of population migration and economic growth to promote development, and the contribution of population migration and economic growth to the degree of coupling varies from region to region. Therefore, each region wants to achieve sustainable economic development. In order to promote the stable development of regional economy, it is necessary to coordinate the population migration according to its actual situation.
