消防官兵心理韧性量表的编制及特点研究

【摘要】:随着对积极心理的日益关注,心理韧性成为近年来西方心理学研究的热点之一,但国内对心理韧性的实证研究却寥寥无几。通过理论研究得出的消防官兵心理韧性的结构经过了65人的开放式问卷、454人预试问卷的探索性因素分析、424人正式问卷的验证性因素分析三次验证和修订,最后得出了比较合理和适宜的消防官兵心理韧性结构。对自编的《消防官兵心理韧性量表》进行了信效度检验,并考察了消防官兵心理韧性的性别特征、年级特征、服役年限特征、立功授奖次数特征和生源类型。有关研究结果如下: (1)消防官兵心理韧性是一个多维度的心理结构,包含“积极自我认知”、“部队人际支持”、“家庭支持”、“情绪调节”四个维度。 (2)参照消防官兵心理韧性结构的理论构想编制了《消防官兵心理韧性量表》。对454名消防院校学员进行问卷调查,结果表明该问卷的内部一致性系数、分半信度和内容效度、构念效度等信效度指标均比较好。对424名学员的问卷调查结果进行验证性因素分析,结果表明该问卷具有较好的构念效度。实证模型与理论构想模型基本拟合。《消防官兵心理韧性量表》可以作为评价消防官兵心理韧性的适宜工具。 (3)总体上,消防官兵心理韧性存在显著的性别、服役年限差异。男生明显低于女生,义务兵明显低于下士。 (4)在具体的因子水平上,部队人际支持、家庭支持、情绪调节各维度上存在着显著的性别差异,三个维度上女性的得分均显著高于男性。部队人际支持、家庭支持维度上,存在着明显的年级差异。在部队人际支持维度上,一、二年级学生得分显著高于三年级学生。在家庭支持维度上,一年级学生得分显著高于三年级学生。积极自我认知、部队人际支持维度上,存在着明显的服役年限差异。在两个维度上,义务兵得分显著低于下士和中士。在积极自我认知维度上,存在着立功次数上的差异。立功次数1次以上的士兵的得分要显著高于未立过功及立功1次功的人员。“积极自我认知”及“部队人际支持”维度上存在着生源差异,抗震救灾特招生在两个维度上的得分均要显著高于普通生。
[Abstract]:With the increasing attention to positive psychology, psychological resilience has become one of the hotspots of western psychological research in recent years, but there are few empirical studies on psychological resilience in China. Through theoretical study, the structure of psychological resilience of fire officers and soldiers was verified and revised three times by the exploratory factor analysis of 454 pre-test questionnaires with 65 open questionnaires, and the confirmatory factor analysis of 424 formal questionnaires. Finally, the reasonable and appropriate psychological toughness structure of fire fighting officers and soldiers is obtained. The reliability and validity of the psychological toughness scale for fire fighting officers and soldiers were tested, and the gender characteristics, grade characteristics, service life characteristics, merit award times and the types of students of fire fighting officers and soldiers were investigated. The findings of the study are as follows: 1) the psychological resilience of fire fighting officers and soldiers is a multi-dimensional psychological structure, which includes four dimensions: "positive self-cognition", "interpersonal support", "family support" and "emotional regulation". 2) according to the theoretical conception of the structure of psychological toughness of fire fighting officers and soldiers, the scale of Psychological toughness of Fire officers and soldiers was compiled. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 454 fire fighting students. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, such as internal consistency coefficient, split-half reliability, content validity and structural validity, were all good. A confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on 424 participants. The results showed that the questionnaire had a good structure-validity. The questionnaire of psychological toughness of fire fighting officers and soldiers can be used as a suitable tool to evaluate the psychological toughness of fire fighting officers and soldiers. On the whole, there were significant differences in psychological toughness and service life of fire fighting officers and soldiers. Boys are significantly lower than girls, conscripts are significantly lower than Corporal. (4) in the specific factor level, there were significant gender differences in the dimensions of interpersonal support, family support and emotional regulation in the army, and the scores of women in the three dimensions were significantly higher than those in men. There are significant grade differences in the dimensions of interpersonal support and family support. In terms of interpersonal support, the scores of grade 1 and grade 2 were significantly higher than those of grade 3. In family support dimension, the score of first grade students was significantly higher than that of third grade students. There are significant differences in service life between active self-cognition and interpersonal support. In both dimensions, conscripts scored significantly lower than Corporal and Sergeant. In the dimension of positive self-cognition, there are differences in the number of meritorious service. Soldiers who performed meritorious service more than once scored significantly higher than those who did not perform meritorious service or performed meritorious service once. There were significant differences in the dimensions of "positive self-cognition" and "interpersonal support of troops", and the scores of special enrollment for earthquake relief were significantly higher than those of ordinary students.
