城镇化进程中少数民族地区犯罪防控研究

【摘要】：城镇化进程形成的各种变化及新事物的产生,很容易形成各种犯罪隐患,无论是生活保障缺失,还是精神生活断裂,或者外来不良思想的侵扰,都可能促成犯罪行为发生。因此对于相关隐患的消除或缓解必须从犯罪行为的隐患抓起,加强民众生活保障,丰富民众精神生活,完善法律建设,增强民众的法律意识,多管齐下才能使民族地区犯罪得到有效防控。
[Abstract]:All kinds of changes in the process of urbanization and the emergence of new things are easy to form all kinds of hidden dangers of crime, whether it is the lack of life security, the breakage of spiritual life, or the invasion of foreign bad ideas, all of which may contribute to the occurrence of criminal behavior. Therefore, to eliminate or alleviate the related hidden dangers, we must start with the hidden dangers of criminal behavior, strengthen the people's life protection, enrich the people's spiritual life, perfect the legal construction, and enhance the public's legal consciousness. Multi-pronged approach can effectively prevent and control crimes in ethnic areas.
