论侦查联想思维的特征

【摘要】：侦查联想思维是指刑事侦查人员在侦查的过程中,根据所获取的有关材料和事实,由此案想到彼案,由此人想到他人,由偶然的启示推断出侦查线索的思维形式。侦查联想思维具有形象性、发散性、敏捷性、相关性和以印象与记忆为基础等特征。侦察联想思维有着提出侦查假设、重现犯罪过程、深挖犯罪、识别假案、突破破案僵局等重要功能。侦察联想思维有近似联想、相似联想、对比联想、因果联想等四种方法。
[Abstract]:The associative thinking of criminal investigation refers to the thinking form of criminal investigators in the process of investigation, according to the relevant materials and facts obtained, from this case to that case, from which people think of others, and from accidental enlightenment to infer the form of thinking of investigative clues. The associative thinking of investigation is characterized by image, divergence, agility, relevance and based on impression and memory. The reconnoitering associative thinking has the important functions of putting forward the investigation hypothesis, reproducing the criminal process, digging deeply the crime, identifying the false case, breaking through the deadlock of solving the case, and so on. Reconnaissance associative thinking has four methods: approximate association, similar association, contrast association and causality association.
