违法犯罪人员关系人模型系统设计与实现

【摘要】：信息化是提高公安机关整体战斗力的重要途径。传统的简单信息应用不能满足公安工作的实战需要,只有充分利用信息技术,加强公安信息资源整合,深入挖掘现有信息资源的潜在表达,推进公安机关整体和协同作战,才能提高现实工作效率,并满足社会需要。为了提高破案技术水平,本文将公安系统中违法犯罪人员的信息与人口管理信息共享,设计并实现了一种基于关系人模型的信息整合应用系统。首先介绍了本工作的理论基础----关系人模型,分析了公安工作中构成关系人模型最常用的四种关系:婚姻家庭关系、同乡关系、同伙关系和同学关系,在此基础上,利用关系人模型设计并实现了基于B/S架构的适用于公安机关辅助侦查破案和治安防控的违法犯罪人员关系人模型系统。该系统包含对关系人数据的录入、转换和提取功能。录入是指对违法犯罪人的信息直接输入;转换是指通过利用常住人口信息表和暂住人口信息表对违法犯罪人的关系人的提取,并存入关系表中;提取是指根据需求从关系表中查询出所需要的信息。文章最后对本文研究工作内容进行了总结,并对违法犯罪人员关系人模型系统的发展趋势进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Informationization is an important way to improve the overall combat effectiveness of public security organs. Traditional simple information application can not meet the actual needs of public security work. Only by making full use of information technology, strengthening the integration of public security information resources, digging into the potential expression of existing information resources, and promoting the public security organs as a whole and cooperating in combat, In order to improve the efficiency of practical work and meet the needs of society. In order to improve the technical level of solving cases, this paper designs and implements an information integration application system based on the relation person model by sharing the information of criminal offenders and population management information in public security system. This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of this work-the relationship person model, and analyzes the four kinds of relationships that constitute the relationship person model in the public security work: marriage and family relationship, relationship between fellow countrymen, accomplice relationship and classmate relationship, on the basis of which, This paper designs and implements a relationship model system for criminal and criminal personnel based on B / S architecture which is suitable for public security organs to assist investigation and solve cases and prevent and control public security by using the relation person model. The system includes the input, conversion and extraction of the related data. The input refers to the direct input of the information to the offender, the conversion is the extraction of the relation person of the offender by using the permanent resident population information table and the temporary residence population information table, and it is stored in the relation table. Extraction refers to querying the required information from the relational table according to the requirements. At the end of this paper, the research work is summarized, and the development trend of the relationship between criminal and criminal model system is prospected.
