家庭因素对未成年人犯罪的影响及对策实证研究——以重庆市某区人民法院未成年人犯罪案件为对象

【摘要】：父母是未成年人的法定监护人,家庭对未成年人承担着抚养和教育的职能。统计分析重庆市某区人民法院2010-2012年未成年人犯罪案件的情况与特征,从家庭的视角出发,考察不良家庭因素对未成年人犯罪的影响,提出减少不良家庭因素对未成年人成长影响的对策建议,包括改进家庭经济状况、改进家庭监护和改进家庭教育方式。
[Abstract]:Parents are legal guardians of minors, and the family is responsible for raising and educating minors. This paper analyzes the situation and characteristics of juvenile delinquency cases in a district people's court of Chongqing from 2010 to 2012, and from the perspective of family, investigates the influence of bad family factors on juvenile delinquency. The countermeasures to reduce the influence of bad family factors on the growth of minors are put forward, including the improvement of family economic situation, the improvement of family guardianship and the improvement of family education.
