青岛市农业转移人口市民化过程中的文化融入问题研究

【摘要】：农业转移人口在城市社会中具有双重身份,既是城市异质的边缘、现代文化背景下的“异己者”,又是城乡关联的重要组成部分,体现着城市包容、互融的发展理念。农业转移人口市民化是中国城市化进程中的大势所趋,市民化过程中的城市融入问题不仅仅是经济融入和政治融入的问题,甚至也不应局限于单一视域的社会融入问题,而是最终要伴随农业转移人口的城乡文化双重适应、市民意识的重塑和心理归属的建构,实现文化意义上的城市融入。当前,从文化角度对农业转移人口城市融入问题进行解读的文献相对较少,现有研究大多侧重理论阐释,缺乏实地考究。本文选取青岛市特定区域的农业转移人口作为调研对象,以农业转移人口的城市文化融入作为研究维度,采用问卷调查与实地访谈相结合的研究方法获得第一手鲜活的数据,在社会认同与自我认同、社会排斥、文化震惊、文化维模理论的基础上,对青岛市农业转移人口市民化过程中的文化融入问题进行深入剖析。研究表明,青岛市农业转移人口市民化取得了一定成绩,但市民化过程中的文化融入仍存在以下问题:转移群体城市生存压力凸显,社会角色虚化;文化生活孤岛化,“半市民意识”强烈并伴随“职业”与“身份”的二元分离,城市适应呈断层化;以及文化资本缺失,异质文化融合乏力等。鉴于此,本次研究立足于对青岛市调查区域实地调研结果的分析基础之上,结合美国移民融入的文化措施与启示,分别从政府、社会、个人三维视角出发,对青岛市农业转移人口市民化过程中的文化融入问题提出相关建议。如消弭城乡二元对立,弱化“城市夹角”的异质性;加强城乡文化对话,构建“再社会化”的情感框架;转观城市融入理念,夯实“内源式发展”的多元基础等,以期对未来农业转移人口市民化过程中的文化融入问题研究提供相关借鉴。
[Abstract]:The agricultural transfer population has dual identity in urban society, which is both the edge of urban heterogeneity and the "dissident" in the modern cultural background. It is also an important part of urban and rural relations. It embodies the concept of Urban Inclusion and integration. The urbanization of agricultural transfer is the general trend of China's urbanization process. The problem of urban integration is not only the problem of economic integration and political integration, but it should not be limited to the problem of social integration in a single field of view, but the cultural dual adaptation to the rural and urban cultural transfer, the reconstruction of citizens' consciousness and the construction of psychological ownership, and the integration of urban integration in the cultural sense. There are relatively few literature on the interpretation of urban integration of agricultural transfer of population. Most of the existing studies focus on theoretical interpretation and lack of field investigation. This paper selects agricultural transfer population in specific areas of Qingdao as the research object and the urban culture integration of agricultural transfer population as the research dimension, and adopts questionnaire survey and field interview. On the basis of social identification and self identification, social exclusion, cultural shock, and cultural model theory, the combined research method obtained the first fresh and fresh data, and analyzed the cultural integration problems in the process of the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population in Qingdao. The research shows that the urbanization of agricultural transfer in Qingdao has achieved certain achievements. However, the following problems still exist in the cultural integration of the citizenization process: the subsistence pressure of the transfer group city is prominent, the social role is empty; the cultural life is isolated from the island, the "semi citizen consciousness" is strongly separated from the two yuan of the "occupation" and "identity", and the urban adaptation is faulted; and the lack of cultural capital and the lack of cultural fusion of the heterogeneous culture. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation in Qingdao, this study, based on the cultural measures and Enlightenment of the integration of American immigrants, puts forward some suggestions on the cultural integration in the process of the urbanization of agricultural transfer in Qingdao from the perspective of the government, the society and the individual, for example, to eliminate the two yuan in urban and rural areas. It weakens the heterogeneity of the "urban angle", strengthens the cultural dialogue between urban and rural areas, constructs the emotional framework of "re socialization", and turns the concept of urban integration into the multi basis of the "endogenous development", in order to provide some reference for the study of cultural integration in the process of the citizenization of the population in the future.
