数字化侦查平台搭建及数字化侦查取证技术研究

【摘要】：计算机犯罪带来了极坏的破坏作用和社会影响，它直接危害到国家的政治、经济、文化等各方面的正常秩序。在全社会的信息安全意识淡薄和司法的滞后等诸多因素的影响下，计算机犯罪被侦查取证并且能提起诉讼的非常少。原因在于，，数字化侦查取证棘手，许多计算机犯罪案件由于证据缺乏而放弃了起诉。若采用计算机辨析学方法，组织多方面人力进行数字化侦查取证，搜寻确认犯罪嫌疑人和犯罪事实并进行起诉，就有可能从根本上杜绝这类犯罪。在当前的计算机网络安全形势严峻的情况下，实施并推广数字化侦查取证具有十分重要的意义。本文研究对象为数字化侦查取证技术。首先介绍了课题的选题背景和研究意义，并简单介绍了数字化侦查取证技术的国内外研究现状。接着对数字化侦查工作平台的网络平台拓扑方案设计、网络系统软件和数据库系统的选型、网络的安全性设计等方面进行研究和设计。然后对数字化侦查工作平台的平台基础功能、平台集成功能、平台办公自动化子系统的设计、网络设备管理监控等方面进行详尽的探讨和设计分析。针对具体的数字化侦查取证，以Windows系统为例，对操作系统的数字化侦查取证技术进行了研究；并结合网络中常见的犯罪行为，分析研究计算机网络的数字化侦查取证技术手段。最后对将基于计算机处理的中文切词技术应用于数字化电子证据后期分析做了初步研究。本论文的创新点是设计了一个数字化侦查取证平台模型；研究总结并提出了Windows系统及计算机网络中数字化电子证据的收集技术；分析了计算机中文切词技术在数字化侦查中的应用价值和可行性。
[Abstract]:The computer crime has brought the extremely bad destruction function and the social influence, it directly endangers the national politics, the economy, the culture and so on the normal order. Under the influence of the weak information security consciousness of the whole society and the lag of judicature and other factors, the computer crime is investigated to obtain evidence and can file a lawsuit very few. The reason is that digital investigation is difficult to obtain evidence, many computer crimes due to lack of evidence to abandon the prosecution. If we use the method of computer discrimination, organize various manpower to carry out digital investigation and collection of evidence, search and confirm the suspect and the fact of the crime and prosecute, it is possible to put an end to this kind of crime fundamentally. Under the severe situation of computer network security, it is of great significance to implement and popularize digital investigation and forensics. The research object of this paper is digital investigation and forensics technology. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the topic, and briefly introduces the domestic and foreign research status of digital investigation and forensics technology. Then the network platform topology scheme design, network system software and database system selection, network security design and so on are studied and designed. Then, the basic functions of the platform, platform integration function, the design of the platform office automation subsystem, network equipment management and monitoring and so on are discussed and analyzed in detail. Taking Windows system as an example, this paper studies the digital investigation and forensics technology of the operating system, and analyzes and studies the digital investigation and forensics technology of the computer network in the light of the common criminal behavior in the network. Finally, a preliminary study is made on the application of Chinese word segmentation technology based on computer processing to the later analysis of digital electronic evidence. The innovation of this paper is to design a model of digital investigation and forensics platform, summarize and put forward the collection technology of digital electronic evidence in Windows system and computer network. This paper analyzes the application value and feasibility of computer Chinese word cutting technology in digital investigation.
