批判犯罪学与刑罚性社会——一些新的“社会控制视觉”

【摘要】：本文从批判犯罪学的视角,以刑罚性社会与社会控制为主线,详细阐述了西方社会不断发展的社会控制新视觉,其中包括监狱与社区控制间的关系,监狱、社区控制与公众参与间的关系,以及社区控制的现代化和对私人安全的投入等。其中的利弊纷说,可谓是淋漓尽致。想必这些,对于我国正在兴起的社区矫治建设中的借鉴和参考会有所裨益。
