保障鉴定结论科学性的若干思考

【摘要】：鉴定结论的科学性是其构成诉讼证据的基础。本文主要从司法鉴定实践中鉴定人员存在的问题入手,系统地剖析了影响鉴定结论科学性、客观性的原因,探讨了如何提高鉴定人员素质,以保障鉴定结论科学性的初步方案与措施。
