吕梁地区青少年骨龄的调查研究

【摘要】: 目的探讨青少年手腕部骨龄标准,了解吕梁地区汉族青少年手腕部骨发育的变化趋势,为法医学研究及法医实际检案过程中的年龄推断提供可借鉴的参考数据。 方法以山西吕梁地区青少年为研究对象,按照纳入标准,选取7~19岁的男性青少年379人,女性青少年381人,拍摄左手后前位片(包括腕部),根据《中国人手腕骨发育标准CHN法》对手腕部骨进行评分计算骨龄,进行骨龄与生活年龄的相关分析和骨龄性别差异分析,然后对骨龄与生活年龄进行线性回归分析,建立骨龄推断生活年龄的回归方程。 结果骨龄与生活年龄呈高度正相关,男性r=0.993(P0.01),女性r=0.971(P0.01),总体r=0.969(P0.01)。男性7~17岁、女性7~16岁年龄组骨龄均值大于生活年龄。建立骨龄推断生活年龄的回归方程2个,所有线性回归方程经线性回归模型假设检验,均有统计学意义(p0.01),男女回归方程的相关系数分别为0.993、0.995,均有统计学意义(p0.01);回归方程的标准误分别为0.048、0.034。 结论吕梁地区青少年的骨发育水平提前,因此有必要制定新的反映青少年骨发育水平的骨龄标准,以供法医骨龄推断年龄提供更为准确的参考数据。建立的回归方程可用于吕梁地区青少年生活年龄的推算。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the bone age standard of wrist in adolescents and to understand the trend of wrist bone development in Han nationality in Lv Liang area, and to provide reference data for forensic research and age inference in forensic medical practice. Methods A total of 379 male adolescents and 381 female adolescents aged 7 to 19 years were selected as subjects of study in Lv Liang area of Shanxi Province. The posterior anterior films of left hand (including wrist) were taken. The bone age was calculated according to the CHN method of wrist bone development standard of Chinese wrists, and the correlation between bone age and life age and the sex difference of bone age were analyzed. Then the regression equation of bone age and life age was established by linear regression analysis. Results there was a high positive correlation between bone age and life age (r = 0.993 (P 0.01), r = 0.971 (P 0.01), r = 0.969 (P 0.01). The mean bone age of male 7 ~ 17 years old and female 7 ~ 16 years old group was higher than that of life age group. Two regression equations were established to estimate the age of life. All linear regression equations were statistically significant (p0.01), and the correlation coefficients of male and female regression equations were 0.993 and 0.995, respectively (p0.01). The standard error of regression equation was 0.048% 0.034. Conclusion the bone development level of adolescents in Lv Liang area is ahead of schedule, so it is necessary to establish a new bone age standard to reflect the bone development level of adolescents in order to provide more accurate reference data for coroner's bone age inference. The regression equation can be used to calculate the life age of adolescents in Lv Liang area.
